Altigo Continues to Expand its Ecosystem of Industry Leaders

Silver Laptop Collaborators-1Emerging from a year of significant growth in 2021, Altigo has launched a new page on its website that showcases the growing ecosystem of industry leaders that collaborate with the platform.
Participants ranging from custodians, transfer agents and fund administrators to CRMs and advisor training platforms make up the universe of key players in the retail alternative investments industry that help bring greater connectivity, ease of use and automation to the alts subscription process.

“The alternative investment lifecycle includes numerous participants beyond just the investor, advisor and fund manager. It includes product discovery and research, buying, owning—and the eventual selling process. With Altigo, we are committed to bring all of these lifecycle capabilities to our users by collaborating with leading custodians, fund administrators, due diligence and research firms, along with other institutions in WealthTech and Wealth Services,” said Mat Dellorso, Co-Founder at WealthForge.

Participating custodians on the platform include CNB Custody, Equity Trust, Millennium Trust Company, Next Generation Trust Company, NuView Trust Company, and Vantage. Custodial forms for account opening and alts purchases are included within the Altigo workflow to streamline the alts subscription into one complete package for advisors and their investor clients. With documentation from 15 different custodians available for electronic signature, the process for an advisor to use alternative investments inside a retirement or non-qualified portfolio is fast and easy.

Altigo includes Alta Trust and Phoenix American for fund administration, transfer agent, and fund formation services to better support account opening, onboarding, and shareholder servicing for fund managers and their investors via data standardization and file transmission. Streamlining the often manual entry of account information and investment information saves alternative investments industry participants time and money.

Altigo works with leading research firms FactRight, MickLaw and others to provide detailed coverage on some of the alternative investment offerings available on the platform. These reports make it easier for financial advisors to access independent and trusted third-party research, due diligence, analysis and legal opinions on retail alternative investments.

These collaborations, in addition to the integrations Altigo has completed with CRM provider Redtail for efficient client data entry, and AI Insight by iCapital for advisor training and education, create a more organized and efficient alternative investment process. Altigo looks forward to collaborating with additional industry leaders to continue to improve the advisor and fund manager experience with alternative investments.
